alright, madis im unbanning dustin, because i myself saw your first post and thought it was a little harsh too, and yea, dustin was off topic, but he wasnt the first in that thread to do it, the only difference is that his post was about you and a problem he had with you. i think theres a difference between disrespecting riders, and telling riders that you have a problem with them, especially since in almost every one of his posts he said he didnt want to start a fight. As for tips, he did give you them, and in your first post to him, you thanked him for the tips, but i guess ill add on to that in saying that I think your taking the admin thing a little far too. Maybe its what andrew wants, but until he posts here saying "Yes, Brandon, i want madis to keep ANY and ALL remotely off topic posts to a minimum" Im not gunna penalize people for going off topic sometimes, its bound to happen no matter how many people get warnings or get banned, and i think its good for the forum. Most of the threads that go off topic are ones with topics that cant really be explained any further; Andrew said he couldnt right now, but maybe later, what else is tehre to be said about it? If every post is on topic its going to get boring. A forum can still look professional and organized with a few humorous/teasing/whatever else kind of posts. Also, i think its just as much of your responsiblity to PM him as it is his, you are the admin in the argument and if your real interest is getting the fight out of the forum, then you should PM him if he doesnt seem to get it. I do understand that by the time he got banned, he was completely off topic, but he has a lot of respect on this forum and Im sure most people enjoy his posts, hes funny and it makes SR a nice place to come to. I think i speak for a good portion of this forum when i say i want it to stay a little layed back and fun. I think by now he knows not to start ights that arent completely necessary, and ill make sure to reiterate that point to him. So for now im unbanning him, if he keeps acting up ill let you handle it, ban him again, whatever, i just think since hes been around for a while and isnt hated by a bunch of people, he deserves a 2nd chance.

By spamming? So i guess spamming is supposed to be fun. As well as calling a mod a dick.
I didn't call him with any names, why should he deserve to be unbanned.
I'm not gonna handle anything. I've been handling things since i've been here the most lately and spotted rule-breakers before you, which kinda makes me a "hardass" locking those threads.

Now i know what it is like to be like Brian was at the same position as i'm on now - being here the most, locking threads and banning people. My god he even thanked me for banning some Aussie that he didn't want to ban (was afraid of getting flames from normal members of SR? i don't know). I've got pretty much the same case.

My solution? I'll just back off and let you guys to the job and that's it, get flamed.

edit: yes i was harsh on the first post, but for Slasher and i apologized. Nooner put his nose into this and it just started growing.

I own SR.
I'm re-banning Dustin AND Madis until the end of the month.

I know you were doing your job Madis but you got WAY too involved and I have asked before that if threads get heated they should be locked immediately or deleted. It just looks bad.

And for Dustin he may have had some good points but he doesn't know when to quit sometimes.

You both broke a lot of rules so I only see it as fair. No hard feelings.
