I have tried greasing it and everything. It's a quite old sealed headset. Please help

J JLD Member Jul 14, 2011 #5 u can either pack it with grease to make it smoother, or use some good bearing lube like speed cream or some other bearing lubes for bearings. it will make it faster but not smoother so it up to u want smooth or fast!
