Well, I gave up and just made my own stainless steel brake... much better than that shitty dub-step brake anyway.
I LOVE this Orion deck, fucking love it!!!

Never did get ANY response from Andrew at all... A ton of phone calls, emails, messages, ect... still nothing!...it blows my mind that a company can make such good shit and have ZERO customer service...never seen anything like it. I really hope he gets his stuff together on the business end of things because I love everything he makes!

Yeah, I bent my striker, and then called them. Andrew told me to email the warranty department. Which I did. No response.

All I know is Andrew just finished a big shop move so I can imagine him and his operations are fairly displaced.

things have been very. very. very busy at the moment and we are moving into a new shop and are still working on things to dial in the shop. but we have more of a full time staff now. the dude at TGE distro takes all our phone calls and if you call he will pick up. were just always super busy. i know this because i work at the shop full time
