How do you do this to an SCS?

well i know how to raw it but what do you do to polish it to look like a mirror?

bench grinder with a polishing wheel and aluminium polish. i have don it before

The 2nd one uses a Drill press but you could put the Buffing wheel in a hand drill- just secure the SCS clamp to a work table.
