put them in a bucket of water mixed with a few drops of RIT DYE (not food dye). depending on how many drops, it will be opaque or not.

edit: It dosent wear off if you do it properly

ok
Step 1: Get a bottle of RIT liquid Dye any colour
Step2: Heat up some water and mix alittle bit of dye with the water
Step3:Stir it up abit then dop in the wheels and leave them for a few hours
Step4: Check them everynow and then for the darkness you want
Step 5: When its the right drakness that you want tip out the dye then rinse the wheels in some cool water let them sit for a few hours then go ride

its rough but its how you do it. Someone might post the link to the original thread

Ok the real way to dye shit. It will make it last.

Step 1: Get a pot full of water (Big one, like a couple gallons)
Step 2: Heat the water on the stove until it boils.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and let it sit until its warm, not too warm.
Step 4: Pour the liquid/powder in and stir REALLY good
Step 5: Put your wheels in, all at a time if you want. Make sure it all the way in.
Step 6: Stir stir stir.
Step 7: You can leave it, but stay close! Check every other minute until you get the desired color.
Step 8: With tongs, rinse the wheel in the sink. Just a quick rinse, but get the whole wheel.
Step 9: Take each wheel and put them on a mountain of paper towels or a rag that you dont care about.
Step 10: Let them air dry by letting them sit or get a blow dryer that has a 'cold' option.

Good to go.

Reminder, when dying wheels, its like mixing colors. Just like elementary school. And you can get a dark color from a light colored wheel, but not the other way around.

Example: Pink colored wheel you want to make purple. Use blue dye.

^^^No, it doesn't make them weaker as long as you don't use HOT water.
