How do you get the old lucky headtube off?

I am having a struggle getting the old lucky headtube off, I have tried a socket allen, old bars with an allen, and a few other ways, and it will not budge. I need some help, and what ever happened to the video on how to take it off? I am open to any suggestions, thanks.

u have to take it to a car shop, its machine tightened.

i got mine off easily with a socket Allen hooked up to a torque wrench

get the allen key and put a pipe over the handle and turn the pipe(which turns the allen key and bolt) thats how i done mine

first spray the top of the bolt and bottom of the bolt with a lubricant( doesnt matter) then get an allen key with an extenson and it comes off like butter
