you buy the right square tubing (i call it "cubing") and drill the holes in, and if you want you can cut angles off and stuff too :)

no thanks id rather make them. how long r pro models? i dont have one because im ridin a tsi rite now but im buyin a ultra pro soon and i wanna reinforce it.

just buy the pro model, then cut it to the length of the deck. Dont worry about measurements just sit it next to it and mark it. Then drill properly. In the front on the front side of the tubing, the holes need to be big, but on the inside they need to be small so you can put the front screws in and they have something to hold on to.

If you want to get serious, make two marks at the front of each piece of metal, one at 20" and the other at 19.5". Cut between them, so it's an angle, and this will line up with the slant that's already at the front of the deck. Then drill holes where all the holes are on your scooter (two in the front, one for the axle, one for the brake), then slide a back wheel spacer in the back where the axle goes so that it doesn't get crushed when you ride.
