I know in different parts of the country, and other countries, there are different words for things, ie. soda, pop, cola, tonic, etc, all for one item.

list words that you think other people might say differently

soda
bubbler

i like saying "sody-pop".

do you guys know what silos are? not really a diff word for anything but a region-exclusive thing. one of my teachers has a friend across the country and her kids didn't know what a silo was.

depending on the connotation, a silo is either something used to store grain, or a 24oz can of cheap beer.

OMFG this thread is so prime for me.

here EVERYONE says pop. I try to say soda because its correct and pop sounds dumb.

tommy napolitan says "wudder" instead of water. It pisses me off.

bk says a's really weird in some words. he will be like bArspin, lol idk how to say it. or gnAr. just a long dumb sounding of the original.

and i cant think of more right now.
