I listen to my ipod and gently progress to some lamb of god stuff and then im awake. I have adhd so caffiene results in me being chill not hyper

coffee is the only thing that keeps me awake, i have about 4 cups a day.

wat i been doing being i snowboard every day is i take monday being i have to drive my sister to ccd i sleep that whole day to get that like 13 hours of sleep then tuesday-sunday i snowboard and repeat but the last 2 mondays i went any way i went 2 and half weeks in a row
