remove headset cups? any tips? i need them so anything helps and im too lazy to go to a bike store. and i know it belongs in the fork/headset subforum but this is my once a month noob moment so help me

Get an old t-tube. Put it through the headtube on an angle resting on the inside of the cup, and smack it with a hammer. It should come out easyyyyy.

i broke a screwdriver doing that

yeah use a t-tube, it seems more durable than a screwdriver now that i think about it haha.

you can also use a punch and just hammer it out but the t tube thing might be easier ive never tried it

make shure you tap it out in circle's, otherwise it will stretch your headtube.
