how does HIC work?

im confused like can somebody please explain how it works cuz im lost haha

Well, first you have to have a starnut in your fork. The hic is just like a shim, but it goes over your fork. There is a hole a the top where your top cap goes. The bolt for the top cap threads into the starnut. Then you put your oversized bars over the hic and just use a regualr clamp.

There is a starnut in the fork and the shim goes over the fork and you put a compression cap at the top of the shim and tighten it into the starnut and then slide your bars over the shim and tighten.

its only for oversized chromoly bars. the original sr buffs, scooterzone 3 piece bars, and french id bars will not work with hic
