How long did it take you to learn hang 5's? I've been trying for days and I don't feel like I'm progressing at all. I can get up to the balance point but I can't hold it so my hang 5s are only like 2 feet. I can do 1 footed manuals, regular manuals, and brakeless manuals but balancing on the the nose is proving to be difficult.

I fall forward all the time trying to get the balance point. Just I can't hold it in that sweet spot. I want to learn these since I do a lot of flat and tech and these along with nose manual combos look sick.

Took me a month. You gotta push up and then lean with your foot front and back yah know? It's easy when you get use to it and then you'll stop falling. I never fall on them, you just balance. Then you'll be doing them further then a basketball court.

it took me a day or two to get them one parking space, then i just kept praticing everyday on going alittle farther and you can be scared to fall ever it helps to fall sometimes.BEcause then if you fall you know not to go that far anymore :]

The thing with hang 5's is it takes u some time to find the balancing point and then the rate of progression is like twice as fast. So it may take u a month to find ur balancing point but then u'll have a good distance down in like a couple of weeks or something. U just have to reach that balancing point milestone.
