I don't know if I'm correct or not but I think they have molds for the urethane and for the core of the wheel I guess they get a block of metal and just cut out a circle and they glue the urethane onto it.
I'm pretty sure I'm wrong but whatever :p

All good wheel uses a very strong glue that is put on the core before the PU is molded onto the core.

Then I think they bake the wheel in an oven to make the glue bond with the core and PU.

they CNC the core from aluminum, and put it in a mold and pour the urethane in, half at a time. Thats why you can see like a line on the middle of the urethane
pretty sure, that or its magic,

The line isn't because they pour half in at a time. The mold is in two parts, and some of the urethane seeps through the crack in the mold. They take the wheels to a lathe afterwards and cut off the excess urethane from the middle, and from the side. Thats why there is the little ridge along the middle of the wheel, and there is the spiraly thing on one of the sides.
