how to boil odis?

don't try to tell me otherwise, im gonna boil them lol...
so anyways, someone tell me how to boil them. i got the water running right now but once the water is boiling do i turn it off then stick the grips in? or do i put the grips in and keep the heat on....

and also, would they melt? o.o

so yeah... i hear about 20 mins of boiling is right so ima go for that....


i just wanna hear some pointers etc :p thanks

leave the stove on and keep the grips in there for about 5-8 min other wise they will just fall apart.

ugh i just turned the water off and stuck em in there for like 20 mins lol

not that much softer, let me try it again with the heat on...

so an update, i boiled em for around 40 minutes in total and it really didn't do much for my grips lol

i heard so many stories of them making your grips significantly softer... i wonder what i did wrong.

you will notice it after they break in, it wont take long

nah i think they look pretty stupid ill just stick to odis

ODI's are so bad in comparison to the Cult/Vans grips. ODIs are 143mm long, cult/vans' are 160mm long. they're waayy softer than ODIs, pretty much straight outta the box. i highly recommend them.
 
i was the first in my area to get cult/vans, since everyone goes on my scooter about 10 others have got them.

they have lasted 6 months. and iv'e now got my second pair.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
