You don't want to chrome it. It will be way too expensive, and you can't do it yourself.
If it doesn't look great when you polish it, you are doing it wrong.
What polish did you use?

I forget what its called but heres a pic of it. All i know is that the liquid polish is like glue and looks like a tan color. I put it on and it nearly does nothing

That stuff really isn't polish. It's basically for shining up things that have already been polished. It just removes very fine oxidation.

You are going to need at least two bars of actual polish, a coarse one and a fine one. And a felt wheel.

And I hope that deck isn't sandblasted. That just makes it way harder. If it is, you may want to sand it smoother first.

You have to take a reall fine grit sanding brick, and just sand the entire deck down until its smooth, and then polish it.

I used the same polish on my v1 threshold, and it shined bright like a diamond.

the raw thresh is light grey, and will shine up with some fine sand paper, and steel wool. the Rev is sand blasted and has a textured surface. It might polish up IDK, but you will need a buffing wheel, and a polishing compound. You can get one that fits on a drill.
