How to dial a Lucky shorty brake on a Lucky?

Anyone know how? cause it rattles every bump i hit and i cant stand it.
anyone know how and can give me a video or a short run down?

do they stilll have the ajustible bolt thing? cause if they do then tighten it until it doesnt the put hot glue in the hole where the bolt is so it stays. if they dont buy i new spring because its not the brake its the spring. hope it helps

use a penny or a bearing and put it under the spring so the spring is tense and it wont rattle
