1. Bars
Well, your bars really can't make any rattle noises only if theres something in them, so you can attempt to get that out or to stop the rattle you will need new bars.
Also if your bars are moving i'd suggest a bigger slit if not a new clamp, the mgp triple clamps are really bad so i wouldn't recommend those.

2. Headset
Stock threaded headsets that come on the razor's tend to rattle quite abit, you can fix this with headset spanners, all you do is thighten the bottom one till its really tight,
then move the top one down and tighten it alittle onto the bottom on then loose the bottom one so its not stiff.
the most recommended way in fixing this is to get a threadless headset, they not only fix the rattle they make your headset really fast and smooth and they only around $30-80 each depends what one you get.

3. Wheels
Death click is a common problem when it comes to rattley scooters all you do is get abit of tape and put it on your bearing slot and hammer/press the bearing back into the slot and it wont move around like it was doing.

4. Bearings
This is a common problem they middle ring moves around and makes your scooter rattle, to fix this is to get new bearings, basically the only answer.

5. Brake
This is yet again another problem that has caused alot of trouble, either put like coins some people use bearings and stuff like that and put it in their break spring and that seems to work, or tighten your bolt.
The easiest and best way to fix this is buy a flex fender or make a flex fender, there not hard to make and there not very expensive and they don't make any rattley sounds there great!
there only around 15-40 dollars each, or you can search the forums/youtube for a tutorial on how to make them.

6. Axels
This is the easiest problem to fix, if you tighten your axel up and it still moves around put a washer on it until it don't move.
and for you people running the 2010 mgp decks, get a razor axel with the middle of an old bearing and put it on the end and use it that way dialed mine when i had one.

7. Suggested
Code:
instead of using stock axles, go to homedepot and buy a 5/16 bolt and nylock nut you can tighten it a whole lot harder. just measure how long they need to be.
Also put a lot of grease in your stock headset. you can tighten it harder without sacrificing ease of spin.
also while using a flexfender put a rubber dampener between the deck and the brake. this gets rid of any vibrations. I also recommend using bigger bolts than the ones that come with phoenix switchblades. The bolts strip before you can tighten them all the way. To do that drill a bigger hole where the wholes are already to size. get countersunk 5/16 bolts
Code:
More suggestions. Use blue lock tight on all of your bolts so they don't come loose. But [B]DON'T[/B] use red lock tight, you will never ever be able to get your bolt off ever again. when using it put it inside your clamp, axles, starnuts and any other bolts. This doesn't exactly make it dialed but if you dial it properly while doing this it will stay dialed for a long time.

Notes
ALWAYS USE BEARING SPACERS EVEN IF YOU HATE THEM! THEY SAVE BEARINGS!

The wrong size bearing spacers can also make your scooter undialed. Make sure you buy the correct size. Scs- tighten the bolt until it gets alittle difficult to spin the fork. Than, if you do it right, your headset will be tight

Also, if you are having the death click problem and you don't mind about scratching up your wheels, you can use the hammer trick to fix them. You do this by taking your wheels off your scooter and taking the bearings out. Then, hit the cores (where the bearings go) and then it will tighten up the hole. Then use a vise to get your bearings in and they don't rattle at all. Look up a tutorial on youtube if you don't understand. This is a great thread. Def Sticky.

instead of using razor axles, buy proper bolts from a hardware store, also , describe how you put coins/bearing in the barke abit better, noobs wont understand, also put down that spacers also stop bearings from rattling, i'd recomend getting a compression kit in there somehow, also how to dial it, death click isnt caused by the wheel being ovalised, its when the bearings have nearly had it. also mention somewhere in there that you need to drill a hole to put in a flexxy :) i also suggest you include some links to help people out :) then it'll be awesome...... also, pls sticky it somebody?

You can also sand the threads off of your threaded fork and buy compression set, that would make it alot more dialed. And also ICS should be banned from this thread. since it is undialed and sucks ass

ICS Shouldn't be compression ive had so many problems with it, i broke starnuts all the time.

now i only run scs.

Thankyou connor for yours.

ics works..... if you put it together properly :p i had ics and it was amazing

Mine never stays tight and I waste so much time trying to dial it. It is impossible.

Wouldn't sanding the threads off make the diameter too small, and ICS is actually really good if you set it up right. My scooter is running ICS. I have never had it come loose or had to tighten at any point, unless I loosened it intentionally, and it's dialed as balls.

***DO NOT USE LOCKTITE ON CLAMP BOLTS***

You risk stripping the head if you need to remove the bolts.

You need to use an Anti Seize lube so that the Bolts will thread through easily and they will stay tight

I like to use White Lithium Grease in a tube similar to a Tooth Paste tube- shove the bolt in the top to get the Grease on the bolt, insert in clamp and then tighten.
