how to hic bars

ive seen people talking about making their bars hic. How do you do that? i thought you had to buy them hic?

taper them weld bigger tubbing on the bottom

You taper them on the bottom so there oversized.

...they just told you, WELD a larger tube (1-3/8ths) at the bottom of your bars.
