U can lighten your scooter in a number of ways
1. Put in speed holes
2. Dont use lock on grips
3. Have Your bars a short as possible
4. Use 100mm scooter wheels
5. Use triple clamps they are much cooler and lighter than quads

Now piss off

could get a better deck that isnt heavy like a district v2i, easier than all above options and better too. single clamp works, "speed holes" are unsafe and ineffective if you dont know what to do (did them in a district anyway to test the deck and its still good) but you should never compromise bar size and wheels and who the fuck uses lock-ons and how are they even heavy, its a grip.

Billie, are there any pics or vids of your speed holes.

I know it sounds weird if you completely forget we're talking about scooters.

i know what heavy is, i rode for mgp. a district v2i is not heavy, just too long and is why i cut mine to the same wheelbase as a pro model

this is exactly how to make yourself a nooby ass scooter. why not just get the parts you like and stop bitching over something that isn't even 10 pounds heavy..

when you get used to your scooter its not even heavy anymore, but sometimes you may have a heavy setup like lucky, buffs, full cores, and scs, and you may want it lighter. speed holes do take off weight. but if you do any of the other things up there your a fat pussy. If your buying a scooter and want it light, buy district parts, run hic, or ics, spoked wheels, and suck dick at life,

or maybe they have personal preference, why ride a heavy scooter if you dont have to? my scooter is stronger than a nitro and weighs a full kg less
