First off, you're going to need a deck, and a set of pedal pins.

Now, you need a drill, and a ruler. Mark off equal distances on the deck. I started mine 1 inch back from the foldy, and put 1 pin on each side every 2 inches or so back.
When you have your holes marked, drill a hole the next size smaller than the pins. All pedals have different size pins, so you're going to have to figure the size out on your own.
After you drill the holes, screw in the pins up through the bottom of the deck, as far as they go, with an allen key. This way they won't rattle and come loose.
If your pins are rattling, you can hot glue the head of the pins.
