montana is waaayy better paint ,and they have a million different colors. dont paint your scooters with anything else.

Spray painting inside, always a good idea. I did about this same thing, except with the bearing I cut with a razor between the actual bearing and the core, which worked well for me. It would also be dialed if you did it without bearing and taped off the inside of the bearing slot.
