Learn how to take your bearings out the right way then. taping over them will do nothing.

If they're steel they are always painted. You can't anodize steel.

It's because raw parts usually at least have a finish. When you raw a part, you are stripping it of any protection.

Alright thanks I didn't know that. And can you polish them coz I heard somewhere that they would just rust or something.

how is this done? every time i try to take them out they just break by hammering on the bearing or spacer i just break the spacer or break the bearing

There is a big difference between raw and polished.
