How to remove a headset safest way

I've seen a few threads about people who can't remove there headsets. This tool has been mentioned, but without really giving a link for a shop to buy it or something. I was searching arround and found the tool, that is made for removing your headset cups, without making any damages.

i saw somwhere on how to make them. you just get copper pipe and cut the slits. it seems like it would bend, but i guess not.

It's clever. And sure as hell a lot easier than the hammer to flathead. Distributing all the pressure evenly on the cups, rather than on 1/4 of it. If I could find it elsewhere for cheaper, I'd most likely buy.

i use a razor steer tube. probably doesnt work as well as that but it works perfectly fine for me.

a spare t-tube works perfectly for this
