How to remove bmx grips

i have a pair of grips on my old scooter and i dont like the stock grips so im trying to remove them and put them on my new scooter how are some ways to do it

get like a skewer and poke it under your grip and lift it up so theres an opening, then put like dish soap in to mak it easier

lifft up the side with ur finger aquirt some water in rool it around put more water deeper in the grip .. so on unil it comes of ... or u can use an air compressor just stick it nder ur grip shoot some air and its off

i found some bmx grips i had on my old bike, i just took of the handlebars and soaked them, with the grips on, in a bucket of hot water.. worked for me.. but it seems like alot of the other guy's suggestions would work

cut your old grips in half with a stanley knife.
gets them off easy as.

WD40 is perfect for getting grips on and off, just pull up the grip with a screw driver and spray some under, then move the screw driver around to get it everywhere.

wtf wd 40 is the worst thing yes it gets them off quick butbut when u go to get the m off ya scoot again u cant . jusy lay ya scoot on the sideput ya foot on the t tube n fingered around the grip n slide wif your fingers?

get a flathead screwdriver and wet it with water or bug spray and slide them in

x2342359875. This is the way you're supposed to do it. wd40 and a screwdriver is the pussy method, plus you have the chance of fucking up your grips that way.

u can use something that shoots air at a high power haha...and pull it off as you blow air under it.
