best way is something with a sharp edge and make sure it heavy or a bench vise and use a hammer but keep a wheel with you to make sure you dont over do it.

thank you billie that is all i wanted to no so a bench vice with some wood on side so it does not scratch the fuck out of the metal and mallet then your good to go

Mine was 3mm thick. I just went to mitre ten and it cost me 9 dollars for a metre of one inch wide 3mm thick aliminuim and about 100 bolts (y)
