how to tighten brake

Wtf, tighten the brake? I think you mean taking off the brake spring and bending it back with some pillers or any mechanical tool you wish.

pound off the pin then bend the spring back then go to the hardware store and get a bolt the same size as the pin and a nut to go with it and screw the bolt where the pin was with the repaired spring

I can't stand Brake Shake. I had brake shake on my old A, so i took the pin out, widened the holes on the dropouts and the brake, and used a Rollerblade wheel Axle instead. It worked quite nicely. I've been meaning to do it to my A that i ride now, but I'm lazy.
