How to to abscise a starnut out of a fork

I have a probelm with my frenchid-fork. Its an ICSfork but i had use these with an HIC now i want to switch to ICS again. The probelm is that i can´t abscise the starnut by hitting the starnut to the bottom of the fork. thats only possible by "normal" forks. How its possible to get the starnut out?

I don't know what you're talking about lol. I had three starnuts stuck in my FrID (don't ask... lol.) and i hammered all 3 out the bottom?

just drill the threads out so that the bolt can pass threw it easily.
