How wide are your bars?

i used to ride 17s, but then i recently got new bars (pro to retros) and i thought that they were going to be 18 wide but they are actually 20 and i have no idea how to cut them down. i am going to try riding them for a while but will bar to whips, whip to bars, bar to bars, etc be a lot harder with 20 wide? i have never been a fan of wide bars so this is a big step for me. also, if i don't like the 20 wide does anyone know where they would be able to cut the bars down. i was thinking about home depot or lowes but idt that they can do that.
I can truck fine on my 22 wide rads.

I ride 18 wide (because I just haven't bought anything wider, I'd prefer 20 wide) but I really grab about 2-3 inches in on each side when I bar.

i used to ride 23.5 when inward cut my phoenixs bars wrong and i could bar to bar and truck flat no problem. they just take getting used too

I don't and i planned to cut them down from the day i first got them but i decided to just ride them for 1 day then cut the slit off but it felt so fucking good and natural *coming from 22 tall* that i decided to just leave it like that. I can bar with these rads but i don't have the consistancy that i had when i had my strippers that were 18 wide. If it doesn't get better within two weeks then i'll just cut an inch off and see how i like it but im not gunna change the tallness of them unless my bars end up snapping from the ghetto rig shizz.
