hpw do you stop foamies to stop moving

Wrap electrical or duct tape around the bar once at each end of where the grips go. so you should have 2 wrapped strips on each bar.

yeah wrap electrical tape in like one or two spots on the bar and slide them on they shouldnt move

I wrap mine awfully and not in layers in masking tape or electrical (preferably electrical) and then smash it all down so its thick and has treads.... kinda shrink my grips a little in hot water and then hairspray. Thats when its reallll bad. I know this has all been said.... just backing it up as another person who does the same thing
