yes, weed is a mental thing, i could stop whenever i want, but why would i want to? i wouldent, i probably never will stop, because i have no reason to, shits good, shits good, so are a lot of drugs, LSD is an amazing experience, it completely opens up your world, and puts you on another level of awarness, as with most psychodelics, they increase your critical thinking skills, and use more of your brain than normal
so basically, go trip balls and smoke a ton of weed, you will be smarter.

Most psychadellics aren't addictive. Stuff like coke and meth (even coffee) are addictive because if your body goes for a certain amount of time without the substance in its system, you will go through withdrawl. Can be as minor as a headache, all the way to you shaking violently and sweating and not able to survive without it.
You don't go through withdrawl with weed, therefore it isn't addictive in that sense. It is addictive in the sense that "well why would I stop?", but you could literally just stop blazing all together and nothing would happen.

Except for there is NO evidence to suggest that drugs increase your critical thinking ability more than tossing a brick to yourself for an hour would.... and all psychogenic drugs are heavily linked to long term and incurable mental problems (READ: Breakdowns) such as paranoid schizophrenia. Sure any long term weed user will tell you that that is BS spread by the government or parents who want you to quit... but the truth is that many patients will leave rehab and go straight into a mental ward.

There's no concrete evidence on either side of your argument to suggest that street drugs can or can't harm the body. But if you look at any of the drugs that have been legalized... its easy to pick up the obvious negative side effects. Smoking (cigarettes)... kills you, in a myriad of ways. Drinking destroys your liver and mental state.

It's important to identify the side effects of any drug before really getting into it and basing your lifestyle around it. Also: Addictions can be to mental stimuli as well as chemical reactions, and although Cannabis and other drugs are deemed not chemically addictive, you can still be addicted to it/them.

All food for thought guys.

its all a fuckin tease
i honestly dont expect anyone to understand what i'm talking about until they read george orwells 1984
the idea of brain damage is fucking bull----- what you consider brain damage from drugs is nothing more than a changed mental state
our current "norm" for a mental state has been decided and manipulated by the illuminati, who control every singe thing you do, every singe social norm, every single thing we call normal has been carefully selected, planned and controlled by the illuminati, whenever i trip i have a much higher level of self awareness, and feeling of the big picture, the whole thing opens up, your social norms and brain damage are merely bull----- your brain is not damaged by drugs, but merely changed from the social norm, im sorry i can't convey the rest of this idea to you guys, but it is a very hard concept to write about, and i need to think through the rest of it more, in the mean time, let what you have just read sink in

cannabis is "chemically" addictive. you do get a minor mental addiction to it, but not a physical addiction. basically withdraw is just you wanting to smoke really bad, but theres no physical symptoms or depression or anything like that, you just really want to smoke. basically it's just cravings.

and lsd DOES open up your mind, it doesnt literally make you smarter or increase your intelligence, but it allows you to think in ways you usually don't.

Not addictive chemically bro. On any level.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahydrocannabinol

Basically, I'n clinical FDA studies there is no evidence that the body has a chemical reaction to the ingestion or lack-there-of of THC. Users who use it often (to be read as daily) can build smoking up as a mental habit and will therefore experience some "cravings" or the need to smoke. This is not a chemical response from the body, as it is not followed by any physical symptoms of withdrawal, despite any variance in amount used and the frequency in which it was used prior to the addiction test.

TL;DR: Pot users make smoking into a habit and that is why they may think they are addicted, but by definition this is in no way a chemical addiction. FDA technicians who tested this theory varied the amount used and how often it was to see if this changed the withdrawal symptoms ; The fact that it didn't proves that it is only a mental habit and not an actual chemical dependency on THC.

One time my aunt and uncle brought some weird kind of bread back from mexico, and we had some at dinner and it was really good. So a couple days later I cut a piece for myself and after eating like the whole piece I realized it tasted a little funny but didn't really think much of it.

I was like hallucinating and seeing weird things like someone getting buried in my backyard and someone was mining a massive rock in my garage and I coulda sworn my fingers had taste. Idk if any of you have ever heard of an iPod app called Local Chat: What's Good? But I was talking to some girl on there and when I looked back at the messages (which I didn't remember sending) I was making no sense at all and she was like "WTF are you talking about?" She won't talk to me anymore. Lol.

Anyways, I finally threw it all up at around 3:30 am and went and slept til like 5pm. It was pretty scary I didn't know what was happening. But I wanna figure out what type of bread that was.

meth is a physical addiction. your body relies on it. thats why you can die if you try to quit meth cold turkey.
