Go to a bike shop and ask if they either have a longer bolt or can remove the starnut.

But Seriously, at Home Depot they sell the right size bolt that is really long, (like 14 inches).

It's the same bolt that Inward uses for their compression. (that's what i'm running)

if its buffs (which i assume its not) you can take off the stem and shove something down the tube to push it back down.

if one peices, you could loop a cable through the hole/flanges and rip it out but that would be hard and, you would probably wreck it.

just put a second starnut in.
