You broke the head of the bolt? If so...

If you want to try, but don't blame me if you bend anything, loosen the bar clamp and hammer the fork down so it pulls the starnut down out of the bars. Thats what i did when i mangled my ICS with SR forks. Depending on your fork you might have to find some other way to hammer it out (put an axle on and bang at that or something.

If you want to try, I didn't damage my SR fork when i did it I doubt you will. Just put down a piece of cardboard or something do you don't bang the fork up/fuck up the paint when your hitting it.

just for future reference if this does happen to you again, loosen the clamp, then lift up the scooter by the bars, and using your foot just stomp down on the deck until it pops off...no chance of damaging the fork rele

Sweet deal. I wasn't sure if you could pull the starnut out with force or not, so i just said to hammer it, since i did it before.

well i was just talking about taking the bars off...as for taking out starnuts i have done it before by putting the compression bolt thru a wheel with bearings and screwing it into the starnut. then you stand on the wheel and pull as hard as you possibly can. but this process only really works with chromoly bars due to the fact that aluminum bars are too soft and the starnut just digs in even more.

its cuz inward just welds a nut on and there compression bolt suck
Ohh wtf. I was thinking it was the same as the SR bolt where you had to tighten it with an allen key.
