everyone has their own style... stop hating on peoples style. for real. im sick of all this crap talk about bowlegged turndowns. who gives a shit? if you dont like them , then dont do them. its as simple at that. you shouldnt be concerned about the way others ride their scooters. when it comes down to it, im basically saying shut the fuck up and ride your scooter. honestly, just let it go. its not like people doing bow legged turndowns physically effects you, so who cares? again, just shut the fuck up and ride. thats all it comes down to.

theres my 2 cents.

I will admit that I can't turndown on my scoot. Mostly because I've never tried. Butrt when I do learn them, I'm going for bow-legged. not because it's easier, mostly because I like the way they look. Straight-legged looks like your about to piss your pants, I just think bowlegged looks so much better. And it would make me unique. I hate how because someone bends there legs everyone has a pissy fit. Its like saying that if you air out of a ramp 10 feet but you dont bonk the coping to get out your airing wrong. It doesn't make sense at all. Let people turndown however they want.

how many fucking times did i say i dont care if you do bowleggs. everyone can do all the bowleggs they want. i dont care if you do the trick. its just a bowleg. on a real turndown you legs are tucked behind your bars with your body leaning in front of the scoot not when one leg is hanging off the side all bent. its simply a different trick. so i think they sould be called a different trick.

Haha. You started a revolution. I have a new point of view on this bowleg vs turndown thing. Why does it matter if your legs are bent. And I mean honestly, somebody answer my question and have it MAKE SENSE so many people agree and then you can make a big deal. And by make sense, I mean type like you would be speaking calmly, not yelling, use punctuation so people understand what your writing (so no "cuz if u dont doi t strate leged its not a terndownn") and use actual reasoning, not just because you think straight is better, or the right way, or bow is easier so thats why everyone does it.

a turndown consists of turning the bars down (obviously) and pushing out the deck, with is being slightly vertical. it doesn't matter if your legs are straight or bowed. i think both look nice if clicked well. although i prefer straight-legged turndowns, bowed lookbacks. bowed lookbacks are the shizznit.

Jordan may I correct you? I think you meant shaznat. I think thats what this thread basically is. People argueing over something stupid, it's all opinions. I just don't understand why it should be a different trick all together, it's just another way of doing that trick. Like whipping with your bck foot, front foot, or both feet. It still ends up a whip, so why say you have to use front. It's just preference. But I agree with what your saying. But I still like bowlegged on t-downs, I've never really looked at lookbacks and say them as good anyway there done.

wait if you do a one footed turndown the foot that is off it has to be straight to be called a one foot turndown right if your legf is bent its just a one foot xup i do bowlegged with lookbacks and stuff but over boxes i do straight they both look good as long as there clicked

probably one of the best points anyones made in this thread so far.

and i think it was you who also said you think straight legged looked ugly? well im going to agree wtih you there, the ONLY straight legged turndowns that ive seen on a SCOOTER that i think look good are travis house's.

another thing, this whole "a bowleg is a trick" business is news to me? ive never heard of a bowleg being a trick in any sport, ive heard "bowleg turndown, bowleg x up, bowleg air" but never "bowleg".

and i just realized its stupid of me to even argue a point, because i could just as easily delete every single thread that contains the word "bowleg" and "turndown" in the same post.

P.S. from now on, any post or thread i see complaining about turndowns at all, whether it be bitching about straight legged ones, or bowlegged ones, is earning the person a ban, and believe me, i NEVER check the user things, so you can bet you will stay banned for a long time.
