I Have A Big Problem

I SEARCHED AND THE OTHER THREADS HAVE DIFFERENT PROBLEMS
Ok First off the parts I am using:
-Rad Hic Crows
-Proto Half Knuck
-Lucky HIC with Lucky Top Cap
-Scorcher(the starnut is probably .5 inches inside)
Ok so I have had problems with my lucky hic before I got headset spacers and it fixed it but the time came to tighten my hic and I couldn't get the bars off I ripped them off and the top cap and compression bolt came off but the HIC shim is stuck way up inside the bars and I couldn't get it out for the life of me so I sprayed a ton of WD40 inside and hit it down with the hammer so its stuck way up inside my bars I then got new lucky hic the same thing happened the headset came loose and the bars are stuck. So I began riding with a HUGE headset wobble and my slit in my bars is too narrow and the bolts in my clamp are not long enough so they kept getting out of line so I had to keep tightening it and stripped both bolts ( I had this problem before and I cut the bolts but these bolts are not grade 8 so if I cut them they wont come out the other side and 2 are not long enough so I wouldn't be able to get it out of the other side either) So I don't know what to do there.
so recap I need to fix the clamp and HIC
(PLEASE DON'T SAY YOU SHOULDN'T OF DONE WHAT I DID BECAUSE IT'S TOO LATE AND PLEASE DON'T TRY TO GET ME TO BUY SOME OTHER PRODUCT)

Yeah, looks like you are screwed. But you can try and drill the bolts out. That always works. And for taking off the bars try this: Take the clamp (after you have gotten the bolts out) and slide it away from the slit. With a hammer or with just pure man power. Then try and use some thing to stretch the list. This is pretty risky. But that could help. Also, try and put a ton of weight on the deck so that you don't have to slam it off.

Sounds like your top cap is too small or something, it must've gotten worn down around the sides enough to where it can slip through the shim. Otherwise you're shim wouldn't have still been in your bars after you took them off. That would explain the wobblyness as well. Get a new top cap or find the right sized washer. Sounds like that was the original problem, then you tried to solve it by tightening the tits out of your clamp.

I'm not sure what to do about the clamp. You could try hammering in a larger allen wrench or something like that to get the bolts out. Either that or just cut the bolts and buy a new clamp.

OR if you wanna get really resourceful, you could cut the bolts on the clamp, then take a drillbit thats a little larger than the bolt, and drill the holes on the clamp out. You'll vaporize the bolt and leave slightly larger holes (and no threads) in the clamp. Then you can find the right sized bolts and nuts to keep the clamp operational.

over basically 8 months of owning HIC myself i've never messed it up like this and still wonder how people get caps stuck in bars.

the bolts are too small so even if I cut them they won't come out on this side

and I think the bolts are too stripped to hammer a bigger allen inside

And I can't just live with it because this is how big the wobble is it feels like and unbolted A

Ok so I just was able to get the top bolt out the bottom bolt was too stripped to get it out do you think I could bring it to the hardware store and they could take a look at it? I don't want to drill it because I dont want to ruin the clamp's threads

take it to your local hardware store, and ask one of the employs nicely to help you, im guessing it will take 10 minutes, /thread

this happened to me and my proto clamp i took it to home depot and they cut the bolts down the middle and used some tool to unscrew them out. mine were short like this to
