thanks guys but is it worth cutting down, my dad owns a car repair place so i have the tools but i dnt wanna make a mistake and cut the wrong height it shud be up to your waist rite?

Dude just get the Lo. At 5'4" your shoulders probably aren't much wider than 14 inches anyways, you really don't need wide bars.

oh one more question, im new to scooterin but i can do basics like 180 fakie out and simple stuff, but is there any modifications i should make besides grips

im 5'4" my shoulders are 17, i ride 18 wide i recommend the hi and just cut it down to your specifications because you have the tools and you dont have as much control with 14 wide as you do with 18 or 16 or 17 or watever

Not really. Maybe grip tape because stock razor grip is atrocious but it isn't anything that would be completely necessary. Stock grip still works. Grips on the other hand, definitely replace. That's it.

For riding park and airs and stuff I totally agree. But he's a beginner, I guarantee it will be easier for him to progress with narrower bars as well as there being a lot of room for error when cutting bars and stuff.

thank you so much and besides ill probaly eventually end up gettin new bars, but rite now i dnt want to buy the wrong thing, im leaning towards the lo now.
