The name is Margaret
so for a little less then a week i was sleeping
6pm-1am
6am-1pm

now its becoming
5am -12pm

THIS IS BAD BECAUSE ITS BECOMING A SCHEDULE FOR MY BODY.
WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO.
IM ON LIKE ENGLISH TIME.
or that general hemisphere.

and there isnt any reason for it. im mildly functioning, but i get nauseous at 4:30am every morning not too sure if its hunger or pills.
i think im gonna try not to sleep at all right now, its like 5:18

and stay up as long as i can till around 8-9 and pass out.
HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP BUT FUUUCCCKKK, it doesnt make any sense.
at least im not in school.

this is a thread, because i am utterly WTF'd

11PM feels early now.
the Z's, i miss them.
my goal is 12am-9am

when you go to bed at 5am, set your alarm for 8am and get up then. as the next night comes around you should be able to get to sleep at like 3/4am
