I would say these are all under the "hardcore" subgenre of metal, I don't really see any of these as metal. They all have some type of punk or pop or ------ influence in their music, which is how I came to the previous conclusion.

Its still all technically metal people, just a different kind. I hate all the metal arguements because of all the gay fucking sub-genres. Dont worry about what every little sub-genre is, metal is metal, theres different styles, get over it.

This list is kind of "post hardcore" METAL. The only band I like from the list is August Burns Red, and some stuff from We Came As Romans.
No offense, but I can see the point made about age. Anyone into any kind of music with screaming (I refuse to call it screamo), listens to bands like TDWP or BMTH at first and then move on to better stuff. These are the glamorized bands of the sub-genre.

Oh and if anyone still cares I'm 14. And i actually have a love for metal. Also half the bands up there only scream and the other half sing as well. My favorite band would have to be We came as romans but the real screaming metal my favorite would be Devil Wears Prada. Anyway Thats my opinion
