Just what I thought.... 5/8s is wayyyyy wayyyy wayyyy to big. It will never fit. You want a 3/8 bolt. Wherever you read that, believe me, it was a typo. Think about that anyway... the diameter would be over half an inch.

That typo was on the Inward website. it is indeed 3/8 inch or 9mm. Go to your local HW store. They should have them.

M9? M9 != 5/8 anyway. 5/8 would be about 15mm

right i used to use wickes M6 threaded rod for locking my folding mech back in the day. http://www.wickes.co.uk/Nuts-and-Washers/Threaded-Rod/invt/511121

Worked like a charm.

Other than that any friggin hardware store, B&Q, Homebase, Wickes even Halfords sell it.

Edit: Think it was M6, may have been M8, havent locked a foldy in ages so i'm prbably wrong. still the stores will have it.

5/8 is just over 15mm wouldn't work like a charm.

And inward do have a bolt set but he's uk based and doesn't want to pay loads to get stuff shipped from texas. (I love inward though =D, incase it sounded like i was hating).
