If you want to compete with the current standard for bars, you should start getting TIG'ing your bars. MIG won't cut it with the competition there is nowadays.
Also, selling such a standard product would require a unique marketing strategy. If you want to sell generic-looking bars, you should be sinking a lot of money into marketing. Otherwise, I would try to make a unique product.
But really, make a clean pair of bars that are TIG welded and come in big sizes. Any little scooter rider won't be interested in something like this as it is now, you would have to be selling bars like this to older riders.
