Well, I ordered this fork:

And I want it to end up like this:

Here is what I have done so far:
Tube (Should I cut off an inch or so?)

Fork Legs (Could I put a thicker pipe over the thinner pipe and bolt it?)

Size Inside Of Fork Legs (What size of bolts should I use?)

I tend to not like to carry 30 scooter parts into Ace hardware everyday, I just want specific sizes from people who have done this before
