Well my birthdayy was nov 3 and my parents gave me 150 dollars and im still waiting for relatives to give me money

You gave away your old one? Smart, why would you get seasoned OR wees? you live in jersey, wee is in Europe (i think haha) and seasoned is in AUS... many other types you could get
you can still fix it. take the $150 and get buffs or RF bars and metal core wheels. if you dont want to spend money on metal cores get go II wheels or hyperformance. at least, thats what i would do.
