i super confused with hic

i dont even know where to start i got new bar... outer dia. 1 3/8 and i twont fit my hic and i think mgp made theirs differnent than everybody else idk what to do

You need to be way more clear, nobody is going to understand what the hell you are trying to ask. MGP made their stuff the same sizes as anybody else..

what bars, shim, and forks do you have

your top cap might be to big, try taking a file and filing the inside of the bar a bit

i have phantom chromoly bars and the shim and topcap are the same dia. and i have mgp fork and hic

if you chose 1 3/8, they should be the right size.

than my hic must be big because these bars are 1 3/8 oversized outer, the bars i currently have are 1 3/8 inner dia.
