It sounds like it could be like, people see you and they just get a feeling from you. Like you send out a vibe, and its hella big. IDK, just a guess.

Yeah I looked it up on urban dictionary and found nothing that had to do with the whole phrase "vibe hella". I read what you said, Andy, about vibrator, and my friend said maybe it means he gets calls a lot, so his cell phone "vibes hella". And apparently no one on the internet other than that guy on the site has said the phrase "I vibe hella", at least according to Google. This is getting ridiculous.

I own SR.
"vibe" is from the SE and basically just means "like"

EX: Yo girl you vibin me?! (which is actually a direct quote from my counsin in FL who can probably be found at a bro rape near you)

"hella" is NorCal to the core, just means "really" or "a lot".

EX: I'm hella gay because I don't know when to stop saying hella like everyone else in NorCal.

"vibe hella" I'm guessing is a combination of the two and just a really fancy way of saying that they like something a lot.

I could also see it being used by a dealer in NorCal whose phone is blowin up.

That is all.
