i want to buy i camera

so my birthday is soon and im gonna ask for a camera i want something around 200-300 that i can put a fisheye and a handle on either mini dv or SD card idk which would be better .. any suggustions on what to get

any sony mini dv, if you spend alittle more you can get an hf10/20/100/200 or hv20/30/40.

orrrrrr the gs 80/120. you can get those cheep. best bet if you cant get the hv/hf

Capture camera. Often used by people with expensive cameras. They use it to capture their footage onto the computer, instead of wearing out the heads on their expensive camera. I used to do it, but I'm over it now, i just cap with my DVX.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Samsung-34-x-SMX-F34BN-XAA/11078117 is what i started with. its aight, full control of settings to get the hang of it and decent video quality (assuming you have windows 7 or sony vegas, vista doesnt support the format unless you use vegas). AMAZINGLY good sound quality for the price. i almost shat my pants when i first heard it. uses cheap ass sd cards. like super cheap.

and i have videos filmed on the old version (sc mx20(its in the pic), same thing) but none that i didnt have to convert. uploading to vimeo now

make sure to play around with it when you get it so you can figure everything out before you film lol. was my mistake

Mark ill sell you my mx-20 for 230 with the fish eye that tony has and a camera handle that I made. There is nothing wrong with the camera, I just want to upgrade to a better camera. I clean the lens like every time I'm about to use it. There aren't any scratches on the lens itself. Comment back if you are interested.
