I need help & advice..

My axles both front & back, & spacers
are all greasy and I don't know why.

Shoudl I clean it in petrol?
If so, how do I dry it?
Rag, blowdry
or just leave it?
or only rag..

And It won't rust..
right?

& for how long should I put it in for?

It doesn't do anything whether they're greasy or not. If you honestly dont like greasy axles you can just wipe them off with a rag.

Then they're stained. Even if you do get them clean, chances are they'll just get greasy again, not like it matters cause you can't see them.
