once you have put in the star nut in a pair of bars is there any way of getting it out without wrecking the bars.

You can drill it out, but its pain in the arse.

And mate, please use google or search or whatever and please do not make new threads.

you cant take it out u can only push it out or wait for it to break like mine did

you can't get it back out without some serious effort, or breaking the flanges or something.
Just push it up further. won't damage the bars or anything.

if you puch it up forthur you will probably just forget about it one day it doesnt make a difference
