Probably rode his scooter in the mall. Those rent a pigs are power hungry there. I don't mess around there much though because Franklin Mills has like its own police district right next to burlington coast factory. I enjoy starting a conversation with them while im outfront taking a break sometimes and making them feel like total asses and they can't do anything about it.
