The chances of a recreation area such as a skateboard park extracting the gravitational pull within it's limits is not possible. There is also a very small chance of a the gravitation pull to relegate beyond the planet. We live with this force on a daily basis and yet this force remains one of the greatest mysteries of our advanced technological society. If you have read all of this, the chances of you having a life are also clearly 0.0%.
