Ohh so he is a one hit wonder...

No.
The ridewire had a fairly dominant fanbase, and was clean (especially at the end of its existance) Brian just got an offer from Inside to run their forum, and thought having TRW and ISF at the same time was pointless.

and how do you know?

i didnt mean for my comments to seem like i was talking shit thats just my honest opinion btw
It doesn't take my avatar to realise that without people like Brian, Nooner, and Dibble, the community wouldn't be as close as it is today, because forums like this wouldn't be here.

theres a reason its called a bri flip....

i knew that, what i meant was how do you know i wont contribute as much to the sport as him? i have really big plans in the future and i honestly think its going to be the best scooter company in the world. its not going to happen until a couple years after i get out of college so its a long time coming but i want to do it at a time where i dont have to worry about money and i will actually know what im doing. i plan on being a successful auto body shop owner. my dad already owns three and he makes half a million dollars off of them combined EACH MONTH! i plan on studying at a university where i will actually be learning how to run business the right way. you also have to know that my dad didnt even graduate high school, he just learned how to run the business by 35 years of experience.

now i have been working there since i was 15 sweeping floors just like him over summer then started working 25 hour weeks during the second semester of my senior year. ever since then i have continued to work mostly full time (7:00am-5:00pm) at minimum wage, which is $8.50. obviously im not only sweeping floors anymore, i also handle all of the parts that we order and detail all the cars. so at 19 i already handle what THREE other people do at my dads two other stores. so if my dad who owns three shops and can make $6 million dollars a year off a 10th grade education and pure experience can do that, imagine what i will be able to acomplish.

that might seem crazy but i think i have a pretty good plan. im going to create a scooter company made by a rider for the riders. i will be making enough money from owning the auto body shops that i wont care about making a profit off of the scooter company. just at least breaking even or making a little profit here and there to donate to competitions and skateparks and stuff like that so at least the money i make will still be pumped back into the sport.

by the time im out of school and have worked for a couple of years my dad is going to be ready to retire and right there is when i start making more money then he is right now because he plans on having 2 more locations in the next 3 years. as soon as i inherit those 5 shops i plan on using my college education im working so hard on right now to expand the shops to larger locations so there will be more room for more jobs to make more money.

i know i know cool story bro but i already finished my homework and i have the day off in the rain so i have nothing better to do right now lol

again didnt meen to talk ----- but i guess i have to earn the right to talk like that about someone as important to the sport as him. say josh toy said the same thing, i think some kids would jump on the bandwagon and agree with him because he is an OG and highly respected. i have only been riding serious for a year and 2 months so i still have a bright future ahead of me in this sport. i know i dont have any legit edits out yet but i think when i do you guys will be surprised........noonraj told me so himself haha

again please dont read this with a negative connotation (if you even read it at all) im just bored for the first time in 2 years lol :)

brian boston has run 2 successful forums (TPC & SR), 3 if you count The Ridewire. he's contributed heavily to the super modding threads (as well as modding scooters in general), filmed/edited/released tons of footage of amazing riders, and upped the standard of filming/editing as a whole in the scooter world. hes been in this sport longer than almost everyone in the community today. he is a great man. dont ever downplay what he's done for scootering, its extremely disrepectful not only to him, but to all of the people who know, love & respect him.

that wasnt directed at anyone in particular, it was a general statement. I've looked up to brian since i first found SR and discovered that there was an actual freestyle community haha. i've got nothing but love for the guy.
