Installing a threadless headset on threaded forks?

Hi, I am going to order a threadless headset but I have threaded forks I know how to l install this but I have a ICS compression system with my threaded forks. So basically of I get a threadless headset on threaded forks with a ICS compression system will I need to keep the top lock nut still? Thanks :)

Ow right ok thanks. So I just need to get a threadless headset and use my ICS compression system an not keep my top lock nut frm my threaded headset?

Exactly. Use the top cap that comes with the threadless headset. The threads on the fork may make it hard to slide the cap down the fork.

Cool! My friend just got a threadless headset on threaded forks and he had to keep his top lock nut to hold it in place, It didn't look so good. But I won't need that locknut if I have a ICS will I? Sorry I'm just confused abut lol
